What we collect
- Account basics from Google Sign-In: your name, email, and profile photo.
- Diagnostic data: your answers, essays, and speaking recordings — created when you take a module.
- Payment metadata: your bKash transaction ID (TrxID) and the modules it unlocks. We never see your bKash PIN or balance.
- Optional testimonials: the name, institute, profession, photo, and text you choose to submit for review.
How we use it
- To create your account and show your attempt history.
- To grade your attempts and generate your Deep Diagnostic report. Speaking recordings and essay text are processed by our AI grading pipeline solely to produce your report.
- To verify bKash payments and credit your modules.
- To publish a testimonial — only after you submit it and we approve it.
What we never do
- We never sell your data.
- We never share your recordings or essays with third parties for marketing.
- We never post anything to your Google account.
Deleting your data
Message us on WhatsApp with the email you signed up with and we will delete your account, attempts, and recordings.
